THE FLOODED FOREST

Excursion on foot in the flooded pine forest of Punte Alberete, a natural protected oasis at 10 km north to Ravenna: it’s a landscape unique in its kind. It’s an important wet area where birds species come for reproduction, especially herons, and it hosts the greatest colony of Italian little egrets. Duration: 2 hours

SUNSET WITH THE FLAMINGOS

A bike ride at sunset across the Southern Valleys of Comacchio, running through landscapes of water and sky multitudes of flamingos.
Crossing the river Reno, the typical ferry-boat will take you to this magical place where, with your binocularts, will look to the different species of this environment. The tour features also a stop to the museum in Mandriole dedicated to Anita Garibaldi, on the occasion of her death anniversary. Duration: 3 hours
