From 4th April to 4th May 2025, the Via Zirardini Open-Air Gallery will host the exhibition CYCLASY, a homage by artist Luca Barberini to the bicycle, between art and social commitment.
Luca’s new artistic project, in collaboration with Ciclismo Ravenna and the Tourism Service of the Municipality of Ravenna, aims to combine art and passion for cycling, with an eye on the new generations.
On display are fourteen works conceived for public display, who celebrates the two-wheeler with an unmistakable style: brightly coloured mosaics, essential pictorial details, and photographic suggestions that intertwine in visual stories suspended between reality and imagination.
With lightness and depth, his images prompt us to reflect on the challenges of life, the historical importance of the bicycle and its power to connect distant realities.
With the project Cyclasy Luca Barberini adheres to the crowdfunding promoted by Ciclismo Ravenna to finance the creation of an area dedicated to children within the new Ravenna Bike Park, a well-equipped space designed to encourage the development of motor skills and fun in safety.
